Terms and Conditions

The terms governing the use of Supreonix Support services and this website.

Last updated 9 October 2026.

1. Services

Supreonix Support provides computer repair, IT support, maintenance and related technical services. A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or an accepted job.

2. Quotations and approval

We review each request and prepare a quotation showing labour, any diagnostic or transport fee, parts, applicable taxes and the total. Chargeable work beyond an agreed diagnostic arrangement is carried out only after you approve the quotation. An estimate is not a confirmed final price.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. Where a service has no configured price, the price is by quotation. Parts and additional labour identified after diagnosis require a revised quotation and your approval. Payment timing is shown on your quotation.

4. Appointments

Appointments are confirmed only after coverage and availability are checked and, where required, a quotation is approved. We will tell you the confirmed date, time window and service method. We do not automatically promise a visit.

5. Parts and repairs

Some repairs require replacement parts, diagnostics or more than one visit. Where parts are unavailable or a repair is not economical we will explain the situation and your options. We do not guarantee that every fault can be repaired.

6. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorised to administer the device or account you ask us to work on. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Where possible we help preserve files, but data loss can occur, particularly with failing storage.

7. Remote support

Remote sessions are carried out only with your explicit permission using customer-approved tools and temporary session codes. Access is disabled when the session ends. Never share passwords through public forms or ordinary chat.

8. Warranty

Where we explicitly offer a warranty on a service or part, the terms and duration will be stated in writing on your service report or invoice. We do not otherwise imply a warranty.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, data already corrupted before we receive a device, or misuse after we complete the work.

10. Cancellations and refunds

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
