Privacy Policy
How Supreonix Support collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated 9 October 2026. This policy reflects our current practices and is reviewed as our services develop.
Who we are
Supreonix Support is the IT support and technical-services offering of Supreonix, operating in Nairobi and surrounding areas. You can contact us on 0710920386.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number and optional email.
- Request details: the device, the problem described, your preferred service method, and location or area for on-site work.
- Supporting photos or screenshots you choose to attach.
- Account and login information if you register.
- Records of service, quotations, appointments, invoices and payments.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser information, used for security and reliability.
What we never collect through public forms
We never ask you to submit passwords, Windows passwords, account recovery codes, encryption keys or remote-access secrets through public forms or ordinary chat. Please do not include such information in a request.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to your request.
- To prepare quotations and schedule appointments.
- To deliver and record the service, and to provide service reports and invoices.
- To communicate with you about your request and any follow-up.
- To protect the security of our systems and prevent misuse.
Device and data handling during repairs
We assist only with devices and accounts you own or are authorised to administer. Before accessing customer files or performing invasive diagnostics we seek your consent. For sensitive data recovery we agree the scope of access first and minimise copying or exposure of your files. We use legitimate recovery methods and provider-supported processes; we do not bypass encryption or defeat security protections.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver the service (for example, payment or messaging providers where configured) and where required by law.
Data retention
We retain service records for as long as necessary to provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle warranty or follow-up matters. You may request deletion of data we are not required to keep.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Signed-in customers can submit a data request from their account. You may also contact us directly.
Security
We use secure authentication, password hashing, access controls, and secure handling of uploads. Uploaded attachments are stored outside the public web root and are not exposed through predictable URLs.
