Remote IT support

Online help for software, Windows, email and performance issues — carried out only with your permission.

How it works

A controlled, permission-based session

  1. You submit a request describing the problem.
  2. We confirm whether the issue can genuinely be resolved remotely.
  3. We agree the price and a suitable session time.
  4. During the session you use a customer-approved tool and a temporary session code.
  5. Access is disabled the moment the session ends.
Never share passwords through a public form, email or ordinary chat. Remote access is never left unattended without your explicit written authorisation.
